With over 7 years of experience in the property industry, James joins CG Property Group with a focus on the Northern industrial market.
Prior to commencing his time at CG Property Group, James was a sales and leasing executive at Raine & Horne Commercial where he was responsible for providing valuable advice to clients for both sales and leasing whilst also negotiating these transactions.
James has had a strong proven track record and experience in dealing with owners, occupiers and investors. This has been achieved through thorough and detailed communication and the goal to work towards beneficial outcome for all parties.
